Hi, I’m Georgia

Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc)

I am dedicated to helping women live their healthiest, most balanced lives through the transformative power of hormone-supportive nutrition.

My Story

I have found myself in countless chats with friends, family and clients who were all saying the same thing in different ways:

“I feel tired all the time”

“Somedays I feel great, and others like i've been hit by a truck”

“I’m always in the gym and eating healthy food, but nothing is changing”

“My moods feel all over the place”

I realised that these patterns were not a coincidence, but instead a result of their hormones.

I’ve seen first hand how nutrition impacts not just physical health, but emotional wellbeing too. But when it came to women, especially those juggling work, motherhood, relationships, and their own identity, there was often a missing piece: no one had ever taught them how to work with their bodies.

That’s when I discovered the power of cycle syncing and everything clicked.

I realised so many women were being left in the dark about how their hormones actually work, and how they could use food, movement, and rest to feel better—not just during one week of the month, but throughout their entire cycle.

They didn’t need another restrictive diet.
They didn’t need to push harder or “fix” themselves.
They needed someone to listen.
To guide them.
To help them simplify the science and make it practical.

And that’s exactly what I do now.

My mission is to support women in feeling more energised, balanced, and confident in their bodies without guilt, overwhelm, or burnout. Because once you understand your hormones, everything changes.

Your cycle isn’t the problem.
It’s the key.
Let me help you unlock it
